Program won't open, it will but it closes when it's launching

I'm trying to launch the program but it closes/shuts down as it's loading. I'm afraid to mess with it/installing it and reinstalling it as last time i did that my file corrupted. Please help i don't want to lose my file once again.

Sorry about that. Would you mind sending us the log files? Maybe there's information there about what could be going on.

You can find them by following this file path:

On Mac: [folder of the user]/justinmind/version/logs.log

There may also be a file called logs.log.1 in that folder. If it's also listed, please attach it as well.
