Import File Error from Adobe Photoshop

I have "converted" 3 different files using the Photoshop JustInMind script. I'm successfully able to convert files and store them in a designated file. However, each time when I try to open the files in JIM, I receive an error message (with no details).

Which version of the plugin are you using? We were able to successfully export 2 of the files you attached with the plugin, but unfortunately we're not able to export one of them.

What did you do in order to successfully export 2 of the files?

Our team was able to export those two screens without the error occurring. We're not exactly sure why - we didn't do anything differently. We're working on improving the plugins, but if you encounter this error again, let me know and we can try to export them.
