Now that the consumption of content and information is changing with mobile, and mobile apps and browsing from our mobile devices is gradually trying to replace the web, it is no surprise that mobile first is becoming a thing in 2015. This March we’ll be sponsoring, along with other great companies, the fourth edition of ModevUX. It is a unique opportunity to master mobile UX and design and, uncover key learnings and insights from world-changing companies.
ModevUX 2015 will bring together “more than 500 of the brightest minds in the world to teach, learn, discuss, debate and collaborate on the current and future state of mobile UX”. Their unique speaker line-up and workshops will “put you face-to-face with the world’s foremost UX design experts” –including professionals from Facebook, Capital One, NPR, Highrise and UserTesting.
The schedule includes interesting topics on mobile prototyping, UX and UI strategies and best practices, and design testing. For instance, “Designing and Building (Your Own) UI Frameworks For the Enterprise” by Matt Kesler, where he’ll cover some strategies and best practices for designing and building enterprise-wide UI components as well as best practices to test design patterns. And on March 24th Joe Sokohl will be talking about wireframes, sketches and prototypes, and the role they play as design tools. You can check out the complete two-day schedule here.
