Unable to lock key: White spaces are required between publicId and systemId.

I downloaded Justinmind version 6.4.1 as your sales team told me, because this seems to be the last version which is included in my maintenance period.


Everytime I try to enter my key I get following error:

After that, I tried to check for updates. This message will pup up:

Your key appears to be working normally from our end, please try downloading Justinmind version 6.4.1, which is the last one included in your maintenance period and register your key in that version.
