How do I sign up? How do I create an account?

Are you a paying customer or are you just trying it?

Hi Victor, I downloaded the app this morning, I guess I am trying it, didn't pay anything yet...

Click on 'Sign in' and in the 'Sign in' dialog, there should be a link to sign up. If there isn't any, try this link instead:

Thanks for this! There is an issue with the macbook app because there is no link to sign up. There is no link to sign up either on the mobile app. And finally there is not a sing link to sign up on the website. If I click on my account it drives me to sign in page, but there is absolutely no way to sign in... I spent hours looking for a link, as I didn't wanted to ask something so stupid, being a ux designed myself... it should have 'not yet registered' or something in the red circle attached, more importantly it should have 'Sign up' in the very first front page...

I have another issue on your website. I entered all details, clicked sign up, and boom: unknown error

I refreshed, tried again, same issue. Sorry but way to go to make new clients go away...
