Having widgets behind template

Answered Krystal 4 years ago

I've setup a template that has a bottom menu and a top status bar (for an app). I'm then adding elements or widgets I guess you call them to the screen. The element is a listing that ultimately will scroll.

Two questions, the most important one is the menu bar in the template is hiding behind the widgets on the screen. One of the elements is overlayed on top, I actually want it behind (to show the appearance of if you scroll, more will show).

Second question, is it possible to display a scroll in simulation? I've found some options for 'move' but I cannot figure out how to get them to work at all.

Thanks!

Krystal

First, go to Templates, select the menu bar and go the properties palette. There, mark it as 'always on top'. It might not show as always on top during editing, but it will be during simulation.

As for the scrolling, check out this tutorial for more information.

If you'd like to pin an element so it's sticky, check out this tutorial.
