can't view shared prototype on 2nd computer

I am a prototype owner, I have a shared prototype in our work online account and can access it on my work desktop app.

When I try to open the shared prototype from my home computer the J.I.M app will only show local copies of prototypes and says there is no account connected.

I have checked the account details in the home desktop app and the account is correct, but this data is not displaying in the 'open shared prototype' dialogue, so none of the online shared prototypes are available to pick.

I can work around it by downloading the .vp file, but that's not ideal and I would prefer to solve this problem.

How have you shared the prototype? Is it through Teamwork -> Share prototype, or did you just click the blue "Share" button in the Justinmind interface?

I can't remember exactly. Why does that make a difference? I just tried sharing it via teamwork > I chose someone to share it with > went through process. Then when I click 'open shared prototype' I get the same situation. only a local copy displays, no account info displays.

Prototypes shared through the blue "Share" button are shared to your online account at Justinmind.com only, and are only accessible on other computers by downloading the .vp file from Justinmind.com, while prototypes shared through Teamwork can be accessible in the application without navigating to Justinmind.com.

That makes sense, but I just shared it via Teamwork and I get the same problem. I click 'manage shared prototypes' and same problem, no account displaying, local versions only.....

I have worked out why the account holder information does not display in the dialogue, it's because you need to select a file to show it. I closed the prototype (previously shared via teamwork) and when to open it via 'open shared prototype' at the file > open screen and got the same issue, 'shared' version not displaying, only local copy available.

I made a local copy. selected teamwork > share prototype > added name > confirmed share > got an 'uploading' screen + shared confirmation'. When I go to my account online I can't see any sign of it. I was not asked which project it should live in, so not sure where the teamwork > shared file 'lives'. I only get to allocate it to a project when I use the blue [SHARE] button, so I assume that's what we've been using to share....

Teamwork prototypes won't be visible in your online account - they are only accessible via Teamwork -> Open shared prototype, or File -> Open shared prototype.

If you have been using Teamwork, the prototype should be accessible by going to Teamwork -> Open shared prototype.

If you have been using the blue [SHARE] button, you'll need to go to your online Justinmind.com account and download the file from there to work on it.
