The .csv file is pretty small (19 kB), and I used both Safari and Chrome (both in Mac and Windows environments). I send you the .csv file in case there any problem with it.
You need to use the comma as the delimiter of his CSV file instead of the semicolon you are currently using. If you are using Excel to export your CSV data, this could be helpful.
