Impossible to login
Hi there, I'm having trouble logging into the program (not the web account). When I try to login I get the notification "you may only sign-in with a same user in 2 computers". I'm confused because I only have signed-in from 1 device. Can somebody help me with this so I can enter the program again, thanks!

I looked at your account and you were logged into 2/2 computers. I have reset those activations so now you should be able to login.
