Cannot upload/share the prototype to the server "Unknown Error"

When I am trying to share the prototype (teamwork/ share) it provides me an "unknown error" after a while during the uploading process:

I have succeeded in uploading the prototype, but when I click "public prototype" it always loads more than 1 hour and ends "failed"

We plan to launch some improvements this weekend. This issue should be fixed by Monday.

the repairs should be done immediately, because I need this prototype for my work report.

If it's not too much trouble, could you attach your log files and prototype so then we can replicate the issue on our side?

You can find your log file by following this file path:

On Mac: [folder of the user]/justinmind/version/logs.log

On PC: (C://users/youruser/Justinmind[version]/logs.log)

There may also be a file called logs.log.1 in that folder. If it's also listed, please attach it as well.

Hello,

Thank you for your patience. We are still working on a solution but in the meantime you can use the option File - Export - Customized Document and then select a subset of screens every time.
