scrolling in comments mode not working

first i activate the comments mode. then i click on the comment. then if there are some comments i need to scroll down. but scrolling doesn't work the most time!I tried it with Mac and Windows. I also tried the following Browsers:

- Internet Explorer Edge

- Safari

- Chrome

- Brave

Sometimes it works, most time not. with the new 8.5 it doesn't work 9 from 10 times. before it worked a bit better. I also had a Workaround before 8.5. I clicked on the Hamburgermenu twice and suddenly the scrolling worked. Please fix it. This is very annoying.

Hi Philipp,

This has been fixed for prototypes uploaded to your online account. A fix for the desktop application will be released in a few weeks.

This should have been fixed in the last release. Can you confirm if this problem is still happening? If so, can you specify in more detail what's happening?

I updated to the newest version. Then i saved my prototype and replaced the published version. But it is still not working. as soon as you reply to comments the new answers will be added below. Pretty soon the bottom of the screen will be reached. Now you would expect to be able to scroll within the comments. Unfortunately this doesn't work anymore. It used to work in earlier versions.

We haven't been able to reproduce this so far. When the comments reach the bottom of the screen, the screen scrolls down to add more room for the comments. Does this not occur in your uploaded prototypes? If so, can you attach a screen recording of this problem? We'd like to get a better idea of what you're experiencing.

This has been fixed in our latest update (8.7) that was released yesterday. Go to Help -> Check for updates in Justinmind.
