No iOS Header or Footer Widgets

I'm trying to follow the example on How to scroll between fixed bars in this link: https://www.justinmind.com/support/how-to-scroll-between-fixed-bars-in-your-mobile-app-wireframes/

I have installed all of the iOS widgets, but don't seem to have the Header or Footer's that it talks about. What could I be missing? Please see attached screenshot of my setup. Thanks.

Hi Matt,

Search for 'bottom bar 1' and 'top' and you will find them.
