HTML rendering of screen elements is doing strange things with layout

In Progress David Resnick 7 years ago

I saw there was a new release today with lots of new features and fixes. Surprisingly, this issue, which I made known many months ago, is still not fixed.

I can't imagine why everyone on here isn't complaining about it. It makes sharing a wireframe incredibly unprofessional when screen elements don't display properly.

Why hasn't this been fixed yet? When will it be fixed?

Hi David,

Are you talking about this thread? https://www.justinmind.com/community/topic/vertical-line-is-difficult-to-select

I have already informed to our development team to speed the process if possible. It is already under consideration. Unfortunately we cannot implement everything we wish because resources and time are limited.

Sorry for the inconvenience this may be caused.

Hi Sonia,

He might be talking about this issue ( ? replacing all widget icons )

https://www.justinmind.com/community/topic/question-marks-are-replacing-icons-in-simulation-mode

This issue makes the "teamwork" option pretty useless as nothing is displaying as intended.

Is there a working fix for v 7.5.0 for this issue?

This is holding up development of our project.

Kind regards,

Darren

I understand limited resources, but this is a major bug that directly affects the ability of your users to be professional and to accurately communicate layout! This has been an issue for 9 months.

And the difficulty in selecting a vertical line is still an issue, which is just silly. A professional UX design tool has so many UX issues....I'm locked in to using Justinmind at this point for one project, but the slacking development effort that the company has made while I've been a paying customer has not been inspiring to continue using JIM once this project is done.

Hi David,

thank you for your feedback, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. It would be helpful for our team to have more information about the specific problems you are encountering in order to offer you some support.

We were not able to report the issue to our tech team when you first approached us because we needed to know more about the issue. If you can give us a specific example, we´d be more than happy to help.

Best,

Sonia Durán
