Where is events tab

Solved

I have a professional edition license, Version 4.4.1. I've read through all the documentation and reinstalled the software but I see nothing like an event tab on my screen. What am I missing?

The Events palette is not available in the Free version of Justinmind after your trial expires.

If you have a license but aren't able to see the Events palette, go to View -> Reset Workspace.

Maybe you collapsed the events panel by mistake. Look for a grey arrow on the bottom of Prototyper. That arrow will display the panel.

I am using the free version, but i don't see the Events tab and i don't see the grey arrow to show/hide it? Where is that tab?

It's in the pro edition ;) The only event you can define in the Free edition is 'on click -> link to'. You can define it using the contextual menu or just dragging the element to the desired screen.

Hi Singh,

With the free version, the only event that you can add is a basic interaction to your prototype ("On click" / "Link to"). All of the other events will be blocked. For further advanced web interactions and gestures, you should upgrade to a Pro account.

I got the trial over a month ago, used it once and didn't do anything with events. It's now been over a month, I need to use it again, and this time I'd like to try the events. Or at least a simple click event for a button to bring up another screen.

I see no events panel, I see no context menu mention events or links when I right click on a button. How do I make my simple prototype interactive?

The free version has limited features. You should contact jim.sales@justinmind.com if you would like a trial extension.

Could you please post an accurate description of the features available to the various versions you have? I just want to know what I can and can't do.

I just downloaded today to give a try of JustinMind, but I cannot see the Event tab. Since I just downloaded today, I don't think my trial expired unless it expired in a few hours...

Can you attach a screenshot of your user interface in Justinmind? This will let us know if there's a problem with the trial.

Looks like the events palette is hidden. You can go to View -> Palettes -> and check the events palette to be visible.

Right-click on an element and you will be able to create a link.
