I'm unable to view my prototype on my device. Is this because I'm in the trial? If not, what can I do to resolve?
You should be able to view your prototype on your device even when you're using a trial.
Can you list the steps you take to try to view your prototype on your device? This will help us figure out where the problem is.
Thanks for your response. Yes, I click “view on device” on my laptop. Then, open the Justinmind app on my device. I select the prototype I want to see then it gives me a blank white screen. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.
Thanks for the info. Does this happen for all prototypes or just one in particular? If it's just one in particular, can you attach it here in .zip format so we can test this?
I only have one prototype at this point. If I attach the zip here, will it be public? Is there any way to provide it to you outside of a public forum?
It will be public. Alternatively, you can create another prototype with less information/design and try to view that on your device. If the same thing happens, you can attach that prototype here instead.
