Urgent: Password Not Recognized in JustInMind App

Hi,

Trying to login with my account in the JustInMind App but the password is not recognized which is preventing me from using it. I have reset the password using my online account here on my laptop/pc on the main desktop web-page (Profile /account) but the password is still not recognized on the app. Need help asap. Thanks.

Hi John,

It looks like your trial has expired, which means that you won't be able to access the Justinmind mobile app. You'll need to purchase a subscription in order to use the mobile app.

I have just downloaded. But, I am also getting the same error!

Please try resetting your password here: https://www.justinmind.com/usernote/newPass.action and then try signing in to Justinmind again.

Hi Danielle, Thank you! That was a quick resolution! However, I did reset before I had logged my issue here. This time, the reset worked!
