Urgent - I can not access to open the application

Hi, I downloaded the application, but I could not access.

1. I have paid the annual subscription.

2. When downloading and trying to open the application, the first error appears (image1)

3. Modify proxy settings with data I found on the internet (url + port 443)

4. Now the following error appears (image2).

5. I have uninstalled and tried again and now point 4 appears

I need to use the application very urgently. Thank you

Apologies for any inconvenience. Can you send us your log files? You can find the logs by going to:On PC: C://users/youruser/Justinmind[version]/logs.log On Mac [folder of the user]/justinmind/version/logs.log

Dear Carina,

The only thing we can see on your logs is that there are some connection errors. Are you using a proxy connection, firewall, antivirus?
