I am unable to login...with the following Error Message appearing:

Sorry but I am still confused into how to find the Log Files that you are asking for.
I have a Mac so need to go to the [folder of the user]/justinmind/version/logs.log as suggested...but I don't know how to do this.
Could you please detail for me the process in finding the logs for this dummy?!?
1. Click at "Home". (See the screenshot attached) .
2. Open the folder named "Justinmind"
3. Open the folder with the number of the version of Justinmind you are using.
4. Inside that folder you will find a file named "logs.log."
5. Send me the file logs.log

If possible, can you try reinstalling the last version (8.1.0) of the application again from a fresh download here: justinmind.com/download. I can see also on our database that you are using a Free account. Is that ok? Kindly let me know how it goes.
