Trial Version not working properly

I signed up and did not get a full 14 days. I tried again with a different email and the same thing -only 2 day trial. This is very frustrating. I tried to email justinmind and no response after 3 days. I can't find any other way to contact you without being a "paying customer" yet how do I know if I want to pay and if this is worth it if I can't get basic questions answered and the trial version working long enough to test it out?? Please help!

Apologies for the late reply. It looks like you're currently using a Subscription and are not on a trial. Is that correct?

yes I had to do that as I was stuck otherwise. The trial did not last as it said it does.

Unfortunately we can't see why the trial wasn't working, since the Subscription is associated with your account now instead.

I created a new account separately to try to get a trial that worked but it only gave me 2 days . separate computer and everything . any idea why that happened? It's frustrating to have issues when you are not familiar with the software enough to know if it will work for what you need and the trial is limited to less than a week

Did you change your computer date? That can lock the trial due to the possibility of a trial manipulation.
