Trial expired early

Solved

Why has my trial expired? I was invited by our founder and created my account a few days later. He still has 7 days of trial left and my trial has been gone for over a week. Please help.

It would be nice if you would extend our trial due to this problem too so I can properly evaluate whether we want to subscribe.

Thanks

Hi there,

You can upgrade to the professional version by going to: Justinmind.com/pricing

and you can use the same email.

If you shared those files to your online account, they should still be available online if your trial has not expired yet. However, if you did not share them, and your system crashed, I am not sure if they will still be accessible if your local files are corrupted.

Danielle

Thank you for your reply.

If by sharing you mean publishing, then Yes, i have published within the trial version period. I bought the pro version after the trial expired. But, i realized that nothing exist after i bought the pro version. Is there any way you could retrieve the files? Email is fiz2fuz@yahoo.com

It would be of immense help.

Thanks..

Hi there,

If it had been more than 10 days after your trial expired that you decided to purchase the Pro version, then unfortunately your files have been deleted and we can't recover them. We apologize for any inconvenience, but you should still have the files locally on your computer and can upload them again to your Pro account.

Best,

Danielle

Hi Rinat,

1. The problem should be fixed now. Try logging in again and let us know if you have any problems.

2. The installer has both versions. There should be two shortcuts one to the highdpi version and one to the other. Look for and launch this file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Justinmind\Justinmind Prototyper 7.7.0\JustinmindPrototyperHiDPI.exe

Dear NGC,

The trial starts when a user initially signs up for an account and download "prototyper" in a computer, that's the reason why you can't use the trial again, as there is only one trial per computer permitted.

To resolve this, contact jim.sales@justinmind.com, they might have a solution for this issue.

Best,

They are located in Barcelona, Spain, so there is a bit of a time difference. They will get back to you very soon.

Ok, now it's fine. Thanks.

I see that you extended my trial evaluation to April 26. I assume that was done for andy@gatinc.ca too, correct?
