Trial edition not working on another PC

Hi,

Just wanted to ask on how to fix this situation. I'm currently working on an app prototype with my friend. My current account still has 9 days of trial.

On my PC, I still have the trial edition activated and I am able to use the features which are not available in the free version. But, when my friend tried using my account on his laptop, it appeared as a free edition in the app making some features unavailable. I went to check online and found that it is Activated in 1 of 2 computers.

Could this be the reason why my friend is can't use the trial edition on his laptop? If yes how do I activate my account on his laptop.

Any help would be very appreciated. Thank you.

If your friend has already completed a Justinmind trial on his computer then he will not be able to use another trial, even if it is with another email address. Is that the case? If not, let me know.

Ah I see I guess that explains it. Because he previously used Justinmind few months back he mentioned that to me. Thank you for the help!
