The prototype appears only a few seconds when I click on "simulate" and "view on device"

Is this problem due to the fact that I am using a trial version ?
After 4 seconds, my work is replaced by the inital screen of Justinmind, on my computer (Windows - IE, Chrome) and on my mobile (Android).

This is not due to the fact that you are using a trial. Can you elaborate more on what you mean and by "initial screen"? If possible, please attach some screenshots and your prototype here (.rar extension) so we can see what might be happening.
