Hello


What type of the firewall setting do you use? I try to share my prototype, but system alerts that there is no intrernet connection or incorrect proxy settings.


Please, help me to solve the problem.

Hi Artem,


Try going to your Justinmind application account settings, which you can find by going to the main menu bar, clicking on Justinmind -> preferences. In this window, make sure your email and password is correct, and the justinmind account url is https://www.justinmind.com/usernote.


Also check the Network configuration window and see the fields are filled in regards of your particular proxy options. If your proxy requires authentication, try whitelisting justinmind so connections can pass through.
