Scenarios Issue when hiding the phone shell

While in the Scenarios interface, clicking the button on top right to "Hide the external phone shell" hides the phone shell but the dotted boundry box around the screens do not adjust to the new rectangle size. It continues to use the full dimensions of the external phone shell making it not usable. Is this a known issue, and is there a workaround ?
