Scaling shape from Center rather than upper left corner:
Solved
I need to scale a shape from the center so it looks like a ZOOM and JIM seems to scale the shape from the upper left corner.
I have followed a prior support question about this with no success: https://www.justinmind.com/community/topic/scaling_from_center
My event is ON TAP and here's what is happening:
p.p1 {margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica}https://www.justinmind.com/usernote/tests/23069586/25775158/25775160/index.html
I also am not able to manually manipulate the object when defining an event. See the attached PDF.
IMPORTANT: I do not want to center all objects on a screen- I am only talking about zooming this one object from it's center/
p.p1 {margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica}

PS my version of JIM is 7.9.0
Hi Susy,
Check out the attached example. The trick was to make sure resizing was 'relative to parent'.

Can you explain more on the issue in the attached PDF? I'm not exactly sure what you're referring to.
Best,
Danielle
That solved it- thank you Danielle! I checked "Relative to Parent" and made the parent window really big and it simulated a zoom wipe to orange
