Problems accessing paid support

Hi, i am a paying customer.


When logged in a few days ago, we made changes to the email username and now i think the account has gotten mixed. I can't even login to the paid support panel.

Hi Jun King Sze,


You should have received an email after completing the purchasing process to verify your email account. I've just resent this email so you can complete the process and use our Customer Support Portal.
