Problem connecting to Justmind account

Hi,


My trial version has expired and I am trying to connect to use the free version. The application gives the following error - "There was a problem connecting to your Justinmind account".

I have reset the passwd and getting the same error.

Let me know what I need to do to use the free version.

We can try this:

1. Close Justinmind and disable your Internet connection.

2. Open Justinmind and try to sign in. You'll see a message that you can't connect, and an option to activate via web browser. Enable your Internet connection again and click the link to activate via web.

3. You'll download a .vp file. Once it's downloaded, open it, and you should be signed in.
