Perhaps the poor UX of JustinMind's authentication is an indication of the quality of their software

Answered Victor Conesa 8 years ago

So if you're trial has expired, when one attempts to log-in, it states the trial has expired and that one should sign-up. When one goes to sign-up, you cannot use your original credentials since they are taken. If you thinking downloading the software might help, and it give it a try, you cannot download it. The "Download" button directs one to authenticate. (Note that I am using a new machine.) So the geniuses at JustinMind found a way to keep me in a circular loop! Hmmm...might not be such a great app for exploring great UX!

Nothing like not being able to access any support other than this communal forum of silence.

You can download the software again here: justinmind.com/download

You have not resolved the issue. I cannot sign up and I cannot authenticate. I am told continually that my trial has expired and I have no other option.

Hi Oliver,

Since your trial has expired, you won't be able to sign up for another account. The other option is to purchase a license, which you can do here: http://www.justinmind.com/pricing

Best,

Danielle
