Not able to move to the paid version of the software

My company has purchased the license for me, but I wasn't able to enter it in anywhere. I researched this and found that the owner had to add me to his account. I got the email telling me that he had done this. When I logged out of JustinMind and logged back in, it still said I had the trial version. Can someone please tell me what I am missing? Any help would be appreciated!

We don't see that anyone has added you to an account on our end, so it's possible they might have added you as a user for a different email address. What's the email address of the account owner for Justinmind?
