No zoom in using trackpad

Solved Ron Glezer 4 years ago

Hello. I wish I could zoom in and out in the canvas using my trackpad, and not having to type/select percentage from the list. Thank you so much for your amazing work!

You can use the trackpad to zoom by holding command (on Mac) or control (on Windows) and then using two fingers to make a scrolling motion on your trackpad.

ohh ok! I though it was supposed to be cmd + pinch open. I have to say it will be more intuitive for mac users. would really appreciate it if you can consider. Thanks for replying so quickly!

In Mac OS command + two fingers is often used for zoom to enlarge screen and thus blocks the JIM shortcut.

Is is possible to personalise the shortcut ?

Unfortunately no - the only zoom shortcuts are Command + and Command & two fingers. In future versions, we're changing this to Alt & two fingers, and the Command + shortcut will work on all keyboards.
