Nav selection lost switching from screens or templates

Ciao, when switching to a different screen having an item selected in nav bar, when come back the selection is lost. Big loss of time
Is there any option to avoid this?

You can create a Variable that stores the value of the item that is selected, and then on each screen, create an "On Page Load" + "Set Value" event that changes the value of the selected item to the Variable's value.

I did not explain the problem correctly: the issue is using the framework, during designing time, non in the result!
