Missing GUI menus
Hello Justinminders! We installed the app in our team computers, but in one of this pc's the GUI doesn't have all the menus! this computer has OS X 'El capitan 10.11' Can you help us about this issue please? We reinstalled the app but it doesn't work too.

Are you using a trial account? If so, it looks like the trial on that computer has expired.
