Hi,


There are some people who left the company but they dindnt logout from threir just in mind account. Therefore I'm not abel to re-assing those licences.

What can I do to logout those users?

We can reset their activations so you'll be able to reassign the license. We need to know the email address of the users you would like to remove. Since you have a subscription, you can use the customer support portal (so you won't have to list out their email addresses publicly). You can login and submit a ticket here.

In addition my email (***) is using two licences but I'm not able to logout from one the computer. Could you please log me out from both sessions?
