Justinmind proxy server issue

I am new to justinmind prototyping software. I have been facing issue when is click view on device pop up->" Cannot establish connection to JustinMind servers.Please check your internet access.If you connect to the internet through a proxy server,Configure your proxy settings in File-> preferences".Kindly anyone provide me a solution.

Having other activated proxy connection can cause incidences.

For further investigation, we need you to answer the following questions.


Are you using a proxy connection? What device are you using to connect to the internet? Do you have any firewall or antivirus blocking the software?

I have the same issue at work. We do have a firewall but I have no problem accessing https://www.justinmind.com and https://www.justinmind.com/usernote on my browser only within the application

Dear Yrondong,

Sometimes, the proxy is already configured at the browser so that could be the reason why you are not experiencing any issues when connecting at https://www.justinmind.com / https://www.justinmind.com/usernote

If possible, ask the IT team of your company if they're using a proxy and if that's the case ask them to provide you with the connection data in order to be able to configure prototyper.
