I'm trying to open the app from the applications and it doesn't work. It shows that it's opening and suddenly it stops without a message or an error.
Can you attach your log files so then we can take a look?
You can find them by following this file path:
On Mac: [folder of the user]/justinmind/version/logs.log
On PC: (C://users/youruser/Justinmind[version]/logs.log)
There may also be a file called logs.log.1 in that folder. If it's also listed, please attach it as well.

Could you check to see if you have some log files on the ‘configuration’ folder?
Here is the file path:
Windows : installation folder/app/configuration
If there are log files in there, could you attach them here?
That's all the log files it had.
I am reaching out to our second-level of support for help on this issue and will get back to you once I've heard back.
There is a crash that you experienced that will be fixed in the next update, meanwhile as a workaround to launch the application you can try to remove the preferences.xml located at:
[folder of the user]/justinmind/version/preferences/preferences.xml.
