JIM version 8.4.1 is not letting me logged in even if i already have an account

HI @SoniaDuran, i have installed version 8.4.1, a 30 day free trial, but after the installation, it requires me to sign in to my account to use JIM, when i tried to sign in, it says "You have no available account"

In that case, i've made a couple of accounts and tried it all. but same prompt appears "You have no available account"


what is the problem?
