Is there a way to prevent videos from playing in full screen mode?

I am using the HTML widget and Vimeo.

This is only a problem when viewing the prototype on a phone. When viewed on Usernote or the generated HTML on a browser there is no issue.

The problem is that when clicking the video it opens and plays in full screen mode.

On some screens I have scripts along with the videos and so want the video to remain at the size of the HTML widget so that users can watch the video and read the scripts at the same time.

Is that possible? Is this something that would need to be dealt with on the Vimeo side with scaling control (which I don't think they offer)?

Here is the HTML I am using. It is standard

<iframe src="http://player.vimeo.com/video/63951546"; width="250" height="166" frameborder="0" webkitAllowFullScreen mozallowfullscreen allowFullScreen></iframe>

Attempted to just cut out the "webkitAllowFullScreen mozallowfullscreen allowFullScreen" section but that didn't change anything.

I'm afraid that's something between the browser and the Vimeo code. So if there is any way to do it it must be an option inside Vimeo.

Thanks for the response. Got an answer from Vimeo. They say there is nothing they can do. It is just the way the iPhone works. The videos will always open in full screen mode. The embedding code doesn't change that.

Guess I will have to find some way to work around it.
