Is there a way to view the pure HTML/CSS of the prototype?

Answered Zixin7jin 4 years ago

When I export it to an HTML file, the prototype is fine if I open it with a browser. However, upon opening it with Notepad and taking the code into an HTML editor, it turns into this:

/1a22cd2c204b36376d7807c82dc73f65

(Clicking the "screen 1" button just says "Page not found")

Is there a way I can view the actual HTML and CSS, and not whatever this is?

Yes - open that file that's generated when you exported to HTML and go to Resources > Screens. You'll find the HTML, CSS, and Javascript on those screens.

It also looks like the simulation may not be working correctly. Would you be able to attach the prototype file here so we can check this out?

Hey there,

The web simulation and JiM simulation were working perfectly fine. It seems I were copying code from the wrong files! No worries, I fixed it, thank you for your help.

Hi, could you please share from where you found the pure html/css of the prototype?

Thanks!

You can export your prototype to HTML (File > Export to HTML). You can then open the generated folder and go to Resources > Screens.
