I am unable to open JustInMind.When I click on the application,the logo popsup but never works.

I am unable to open JustInMind.When I click on the application,the logo popsup but never works.I have work there and very important and urgent for tomorrow.Can someone help

Very sorry to hear about this! It sounds like the installation might be corrupted. Can you try reinstalling from a fresh download? Please let me know how this works for you.

Is there any error message when you open the app? Can you also attach your log files here? They should show some information behind the crash.

You can find them by following this file path:

On Mac: [folder of the user]/justinmind/version/logs.log

There may also be a file called logs.log.1 in that folder. If it's also listed, please attach it as well. Compress the file to .zip/.rar to attach them here.
