How to export screens with red lines?

I know there are a lot of features for exporting screens with specifications, but I am looking to export screens with red line specifications and cannot find the correct option / configuration to do so.
(I know the developer accounts provide this option - it's a wonderful part of the program, but I have a problematic coworker who is refusing to download Justinmind.)
Does anyone know how to do these redline specifications without having to do them manually? :(
