How quick is the help turn-around time?
I'm trying to evaluate the software to determine if it is a viable solution for my team. I'm noticing that many of the Q&A forums are barely utilized and many of the topics and answers are over 6 years old.
My question is how long does it take to get help/support?As it appears much of the support for the Q&A forums is severely limited/lacking, is the support for paying customers timely? Day of/next day?
