How quick is the help turn-around time?

I'm trying to evaluate the software to determine if it is a viable solution for my team. I'm noticing that many of the Q&A forums are barely utilized and many of the topics and answers are over 6 years old.

My question is how long does it take to get help/support?As it appears much of the support for the Q&A forums is severely limited/lacking, is the support for paying customers timely? Day of/next day?

Our forum goes back many years, but people submit new topics and questions each day!

Forum questions will usually receive a response within a day, depending on the time of their submission and the detail of the question. Our support offices are located in California, USA, so we answer any questions during working hours in that time zone.

Customer support questions will receive a response ASAP during California USA working hours as well.
