Unfortunately it's not possible to upload/integrate your prototype into a website. However, you can upload the prototype to our online server, set it to public, and list a link or a static screenshot of the prototype on the desired website that links to the published version so people can view it.
You can export your project as HTML which can run independently of JustinMind and through a browser. I use this all the time to demonstrate my app.
I am not sure if you can then upload the export files to a folder within your website. Place an IFRAME on your web page and then set it's source to the index.html of your app.
