High sierra update crashes Justinmind

Known

Justinmind crashes after upgrading Mac OS to High Sierra. Any team members in my department facing this issue after OS upgrade.

Error rises when you try to edit an item in your prototype or to add interaction to it.

We are using Justinmid 7.6

Dear Erhan,

Can you describe what happens exactly? Do you see any error message? (A screenshot of the error would help) .

In my case I can ;

- create a prototype as a new web page,

- insert text by dragging into screen, "Type something here..." appears

- Click on it to alter text,

Right after pressing any letter from keyboard error message appears. I will sent it to you. Ask me to save file. Then it closes.

My teammate's case:

Creates a new prototype,

Drags any item into scene,

Right after clicking that item JIM closes/quits immediately without any message.

Dear Erham ,

Thank you for this information. If possible, can you also send us your log files? You can find them by going to:

On PC: C://users/youruser/Justinmind[version]/logs.log

On Mac [folder of the user]/justinmind/version/logs.log

You'll need to export it to a .rar format, or you can upload it to a file sharing service like Dropbox and attach the link here.

FYI: if I select a device other than "web" while creating a new prototype no problem.

Iphone, android, tablet etc. works fine.

Dear Erhan,

We've been reviewing your log files and some similar issues were solved on our last version. Could you try updating?
