File won't open

Solved Claire White 4 years ago

Hello, I'm unable to open any of my recent prototypes. I've attached the log files.

It looks like there may be a problem with the amount of memory Justinmind can use. It's possible that too many applications are open at the same time. You can try increasing the amount of memory Justinmind can use. To do so:

In your applications folder, right click on Justinmind and then go to Show package contents > Contents > Resources > Justinmind.ini. Open the .ini file with a text editor. Change the -Xmx parameter from -Xmx1024m to -Xmx2000m, save the file, and open Justinmind again.

My JustinMind wasn't opening so in another one of the community forums it told me to reinstall it which i did. And the program would finally start. But now when i try and open the file/prototype i was working on i show that error. I made sure to save my file to another folder and i even saved it on a flash drive, Please help (that's the more specific version of what i'm trying to say, for some reason it wouldn't let me edit my comment.)

Hello,

Which version of Justinmind did you make your prototype with? Are you trying to open it with a previous version of Justinmind?

Thank you,

-Chloe
