Error has occured. See log file (after importing widget libraries)

Not able to open the 8.7.0 application, it's throwing an error message each time - " See the log file: C:\Users\(username)|Justinmind\8.7.0\configuration\1551091905438.log. "


This comes after I had imported a few widgets to the library the last time I used the application, don't know if that has anything to do with it.

I just installed and am having this problem.

As you discovered by running Justinmind as an admin, there seems to be a permissions problem. We're not familiar with Ivanti, but it seems that it's limiting access to some files that our application needs to run.

This software is awesome. I love it. There is so much to learn and do. I will be trying to get my company to start using this.

Once I run it as a computer admin I got it to work. It doesn't work in my elevation software (Ivanti) so I am still playing with it.

Brooke - after looking at the log files, we haven't been able to identify a reason why the error is occurring. We suggest you reinstall Justinmind from a fresh download, which you can do here: justinmind.com/download

Please let us know if this occurs again after reinstalling.
