Hi,


I'm trying to install Justinmind but I got an error "Couldn't load main class"


Logs:

Hello,

Justinmind will only work on Windows 64-bit, are you currently using Windows 64-bit or 32-bit?

Here is a list of the Justinmind System RequirementsOS :

Windows 7 (64-bit), Windows 8.x (64-bit), Windows 10 (64-bit) and Mac OSX 10.11+

2.0GHz processor or higher

4GB+ of system memory

1.5GB of available spaceSupported browsers

Microsoft Internet Explorer v11+Microsoft Edge (v79+ recommended)

Google Chrome (v65+ recommended)

Mozilla Firefox (v37+ recommended)

Apple Safari (v11.1+ recommended)

Hello,

This issue has been resolved for the next update of Justinmind. As a workaround for now, you can uninstall and then download the installer and install again.

Hi,


The 9.3 update did not solve the "load main class" issue for me.

However, i was able to install the software by creating a new Windows user without special characters.

Hope this helps.

It's ok, the software is running fine now.


My windows username was Manuel Perdigão, i created a new user with just Manuel and the installation went ok after that.

Did you try to uninstall from that user, download from https://www.justinmind.com/download and install again? I think that should work.

Hi Manuel,

Would you mind helping us one last time? Could you please look for this information in the user with the special characters? You will need to activate the 'see hidden files' option in your file browser:


1. Open this folder C:\Users\Manuel Perdigão\AppData\Local\Temp (AppData is a hidden folder. And we're assuming Manuel Perdigão is that user with the special characters you were mentionig)

2. Send us any file in that folder that looks like this "i4j_nlog_1","i4j_nlog_2"

Sorry, i already deleted the old user account. But i do remember those "nlog" files were created in the temporary files folder each time i tried to lauch the installer.
