it doesn't open, JIM logo pop up then nothing happens after that. Tried re-installing and disabling Windows Firewall but no luck.
Could you please attach your log files by following this path so then we may take a look at them?
You can find them by following this file path:
On Mac: [folder of the user]/justinmind/version/logs.log
On PC: (C://users/youruser/Justinmind[version]/logs.log)
There may also be a file called logs.log.1 in that folder. If it's also listed, please attach it as well.

The solution to this problem is to edit ‘Justinmind.cfg’ file. You can find it in:
Open the file and add the following lines right under “-Dprism.vsync=false”:
Save the file and lauch the app again.
