Deactivating Professional License due to multiple stolen laptops

Hi,

We had a break in a couple of weeks ago and had multiple stolen equipment, some of which had Licenses for JustinMind. When we installed the program today and tried to sign in it showed that the users were signed in on other computers and from the admin we couldn't delete the users because they were linked to the stolen equipment.

Could you help us reset the master account please?

Hi Luis,

No problem - we have reset all the activations for users in your account, so they are all at 0/2 now.
