Hello. My login for the Customer Support Portal is not working. Since I cant login to raise the issue, and you have no other way of contacting you, i must raise here.
Are you the account owner of your license? If so, you should be able to login. Note that there are different logins for your online Justinmind account and the support portal account. When you purchased a license you should have received an email telling you to specify a password for the support portal, so check to see if you got that email.
If you're not the account owner, I'm afraid you will not be able to access the support portal.
