Create New Users - Invitation Email

Should people I add via the 'Create a new user' button receive an invitation email? I want people to create an account (incl. password), then download the iOS app and login to see my prototype. Currently, I can only get this to work via the 'Invite Reviewers' and App Token method.

Hi there,

They can view the prototype on the iOS app without making an account. There should be an option at the bottom of the app that will allow them to input the token and view the prototype.

Should all new users be able to view the app though if I add them via the 'Create new user' button though?

I added a bunch of my clients on Friday afternoon but none of them received their invitation emails.

I managed to get them access via the token but I'm wondering if the invitation method is broken, or whether I'm just expecting it to work differently/incorrectly?

Hi Tim,

You could try to resend again the invitations. You just need to click into the plane icon located next to each reviewer name. In case you have any user with a pending activation you will see the same icon next to it on your users list. (See screenshot)
